THE OPENING SCENE
In the opening scene, the background music is rough and a bit confusing at the start. There are noisy irritatig bleep sounds that remind me a lot of radio interference in bugged mobile phone microphones portrayed in the countless cop shows I've watched. Notice the jazzy tune that comes in soon afterwards? It doesn't hang out for too long before it disappears. It's calm and warm, and gives a feeling of happiness, especially to an audience that finds jazz relaxing. It adds a contrasting layer to the ear-splitting "bugging" sounds. I use "bugging" here to mean surveillance, though annoying could work too.
Next we have musical sounds that are included as part of the generalized score. These are sounds of people laughing, talking, dogs barking, a street dancer shuffling his feet whilst dancing, and several others. See if you can isolate one more. The raw sounds are very authentic as they are exactly what one would pick out from a crowd.
